HSMP First and Work Permit later - ILR Query

Hi I have completed my continuos 5 years stay in UK, but would require advice from the experts in this group on my eligibility to ILR.

I have entered UK on HSMP visa and then later converted to Work Permit. the thing that was not clear is Workpermit and then HSMP is valid for ILR but the other way around is that a valid combination for eligibility to ILR.

Please can you help me with this.
