Salaam alaykoum,

I've been following this thread like a lot of other people.
I have a query my husband received a phone call a few days ago which was more than a month after our deadline they confirmed his dob and email and then emailed a by the grace of almighty Allah a CALL IN LETTER.
Can anyone confirm if that means decision has been overturned definitely, also does he have to submit tb with his passport or if its just needed at the airport. And how long it will take for us to get his passport back he's going to submit his passport on the 1st inshallah.

yh it means u dn need to go in court now..
& it'll take round about 6 weeks now a days..dn worry some gets aftr few days:)
yh u need tb test to submit wid passport as well:)

I was first given a court date in October, after my MP wrote a letter the date was changed to 2nd September.

I want to ask, they say send documents in no less than 5 days before the day. If we send the documents now, is it possible that they will look at them and decide not to take the case to court? As in, just send my wife a call letter? Or will it definitely go to court now?

I am also thinking this. I want to ask the documents do we make a whole new bundle to send or is it just the documents we sent for appeal plus anything else we want to add?

Hi. congrats on getting an earlier date, its so busy by the looks of things... anyway yoiu can send you letter of support at anytime right up to 5 days before... send it now they will look and maybe overturn before court or withdraw your case from court.

Yes, congratulations, she has got the visa. You will hear from them shortly. It takes a few months I think, check my time line, by the way you can go to Pakistan with this. I did I went to Pakistan because this time I wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly. About 2 - 3 months later she got visa.

Can anyone tell me once call letter received do u have to copy every page of your passport (I'm the sponsor by the way with British passport) or do they just need photo page?

Thank you. I just read your signature... your court date was in January and you only got call letter in March?? It takes 2 months for the call letter if the appeal is successful??

Firstly people I'd like to say sorry my phone just randomly writes...
Ok so you can send any information support and a support letter, this support letter just tells the home office rep why the case should be allowed... Also when judge reads it it helps them too...
You will receive your court date and it will give your your home office rep information on there.
You can send these docs at any time but no later than 5 days before date.
I luckily didn't get my bundle sent back to the uk, so it was a massive help as the home office rep didn't have any thing to back his case up..
I hope that helps you guys.....

my wife received SMS for RFC she was very happy till collect the passport Eco refused her visa.we have been very disappointment.

{Eco says I m not satisfied your relationship with your spouse is genuine and subsisting you have submitted no evidence whatsoever of any other contact between you and ur sponsor }

I submitted photograph and marriage certificate and phone bill one of my VoIP phone we talk daily via this phone number I think this is enough proof for relation

What should we do we go for appeal or resubmit the case very pain full procedure need help
