Ilr dependent visa n change of company!!!

Hi

I have got my ILR on6th June. My wife is other workpermitt. I want to apply for her dependent visa.I am waiting as we need 6months pay slip till September .My query is if I change my company should it be a problem?? Will I have to wait agin for 6 months??
The reason I am asking this question now is ski can make an appointment in September if there is no problem.
Can someone plz help me.
