Hi,

Does one person allowed to hold one CoS under tier2 ICT and another under Tier 2 General?

i would think there is no problem in holding 2 COS at same time but u can only apply for one.
It is same as if u have 2 CAS at the same time from diferent uni but obviously u will get visa for the CAS for the uni that u are going to attend.

You can hold two CAS but not two CoS - the system doesn't allow a second one to be assigned if there is already a CoS with a status of 'Assigned'. After 3 months, or when it is used as part of an application, a further CoS can be assigned.
