tereshchenko, I think you need to read that press report a little more carefully.

HSMP is not a human right as such but the tribunal found that the retrospective change to the rules infringed this person's human rights ... for the reasons as stated in the report.

A great judgement which could help many. But let's not get too exciting, in the sense that this might be appealed to a higher level.
