OCI for my son

Hello Friends,

Both myself and my son are British passport holder. My wife is waiting for her naturalisation (application pending). Can we all apply for OCI at same time ?

One more question, Do I need to book an appointment to surrender my Indian passport ?

Once your wife gets her B passport then yes you all can apply for OCI at the same time.

For surrending indian passport there is no need to take appt.
