I am currently on Tier1[General] and my wife is already a dependent which is granted 4 years ago by submitting our marriage certificate.
My question is I am due to apply ILR, the UKBA states that 'you and they have been living together in the UK for at least 2 years in a marriage...'
In the last 2 years for certain period we are not together in UK. I am in UK whereas my wife is in home country for around 3 months. Whether this will be a problem?

What are requirements for my dependants to apply ILR
1 . Spouse - Whether it's mandate to be together for last 2 years as certain period she's back home.
2. Child - My child is born in UK only. What's the requirement for the child. Is it same as spouse or First I get ILR and apply citizenship for the child directly.
