how long do we have to wait

We submitted enhanced paperwork on the 8th January and are still waiting for medicals to be issued, thats 5 months can anyone tell us what the hell is going on?, how long does it take to look at papers and say yes send them for medicals. Or is it just that were using a crap company of consultants called S.I.S is anyone else having the same problem we first applied November 2004 thats 2 years 6 months please reply we are going insane with frustration and anger

Hi,

You can order CAUPS notes to see whats going on. You should have medicals done depending on the timeline you mentioned.
