We are a big example for these statements.my hubby is british my 1st visa rejected (coz we attach 6 month payslips but according to rules 1 year payslips require)my baby was born in Pakistan.we apply her b.passport and thank God we receive it within 4 months. Yes you are right about statement. A bit to add. Regardless of child born here or abroad as long at the time of birth one of the parent was settled in UK (ILR or Citizenship) child is automatically british and you can apply for B passport at embassy abroad but it does take 6-8 months for passport.

My husband emailed them on the 22nd July and they replied today saying the same things
I think they just say it to make us shut up and not email them again
