Urgent! Entry clearance! do I need original degrees?

Hi all,

Finally got granted work permit and I'm in Melbourne having applied for entry clearance online and waiting to receive the work permit itself before I can send off my passport and supporting documents. The high commission website Canberra says send in 'evidence' of your degrees. I have scans of them with me but not originals, would these do? Also, nowhere does it say you need to provide bank statements, but someone else has suggested that I should send them in. any help much appreciated! trying to get back by the 28th!

No, you only need the original of your Work Permit, and a copy of it.
Other documents can be copies.
