Hi

Not reconsider request but Pre Protocol Action Notice.

A case was refused wrongly and no appeal right was given as applicant had valid leave to remain as student.

ya i have tried this.....but after 1 n half month they replied we cannot accept ur reconsideration request.

I think so this is the way of time waste.
if u have right of appeal then go for it.And if u still have leave then go for JR.

By the way,wht is the reason of ur refusal.

Well I didn't submit a legal representative letter with my third party declaration. Stupid of me !!

No unfortunately I don't have leave except by extension of appeal.
