EEA4 processing time after 1st July

Hello Guys

Does anyone know about processing time of EEA4 applications after 1st July when UKBA started to charge for it?

Is it any quicker now?

It is more likely to be slower, due to processing of fee.

I think it will be quicker, because of changing in the department UKBA

I don't think there is a change of EU caseworker department. Applications are sent to Durham where the fee is taken and then they are transferred to Liverpool for the EU case process (as before).
