What is the best way for job search?
I am a hsmp visa holder already in UK.
I have 5+ yrs of exp in testing field. I have uploaded my CV with the major job portals but i didn't get atleast one interview call yet.
It is already ten days passed.
How can we get the calls?

If you already got HSMP approval, try coming to UK thru an Indian IT firm - otherwise, if you come here without a job offer life can be very hard!

And remember, UK govt. will change rule again. So, just assume that you can stay max 2 years in UK under HSMP visa. Who knows if you qualify under new rule?

I agree it can be a very difficult time if you try to come to UK without a job. Other problem that i have seen is in the testing area that there are lots of people on HSMP who have testing skills. i would suggest the following
1. Try to get into some India company who needs testers onsite.
2. Putting your CV on joboards like CWjobs, Jobserve will not help and you will rarely get a reply (forget job).
3. I know one company which is looking for testers in UK and you can email the CV to vineshjoshi@hotmail.com and see if you get lucky.
