Bank Funding letter format

I am applying this month for Tier 1 visa under 200k category.

I am currently in UK and have funds in my bank account in India. Can anybody send me the bank letter format and other documents that may be required from bank.

Yes, it would, if there were only one bank in the world. However, given that there are a huge variety of institutions, all with their own way of doing things, it makes more sense for to show the guidance to your bank and ask them to write a letter that covers all of the bullet points in para 95. This will be a letter to their satisfaction rather than the satisfaction of someone else which they may necessarily agree with and not wish to copy.
