Hello everyone ..

I am non EEA national, Married to EU national.
 1. I Came to UK on student visa............09 September 2005
 2. Apply for certificate of Approval.........16 July 2008 
3. Start living together...........................August 2008
 4. Married...............................................05th October 2008
 5. EEA2 application post.........................07 November 2008 
6. HO received my application................08 November 2008 
7. Resident card issued..........................07 August 2009
 8. Valid until...................................... ...07 August 2014 

my my questions are
. 1. When I can apply for EEA4 (PR)?
 2. 5 years of our marriage complete in 5 October 2013 So can I apply for PR inOctober 2013? Or
 3. My RC issued on 07 August 2009 valid until 7 August 2014  so do I need to wait more and apply in August 2014? 
4. We married in October 2008 but I received my Resident card after 10 months in August 2009 so these 10 months will be count in 5 years time? 
5. 5 years time start from the date of marriage or issue of RC ? 
6. my last question is Can I apply for PR in person(window) at home office ? 
7. Is it possible that my parents apply for EEA Family Permit as extended family member of EEA national is my wife? (They living in Pakistan and depend on me)
8. how I can bring my my parents to UK?

1-5) 5 years after your wedding date.
6) no. Only postal.
7) if they are (financially) dependant on you.

can you make more clear for me please
so can I apply for PR(EEA4) in October 2013?
And yes my parents dependent financially on me so what documents and procedure I need to start my parents case ?

Yes, as this is five years after marriage.

This all presupposes that you lived in the UK for five years and that your EU national exercised treaty rights during this time. I take this as read.

For parents, you need to work out how to convince UKBA that your parents are dependent on you. They would apply for a family permit.

your parents are not extended family memeber, They are part of your family. You have rights to bring them here,if they were depended on you or if the circumstances change in their part which lead them to dependent on you.

P60 or Payslips ..

hello
I am going to apply for PR in in October 2013,
I have my wife's all p60 2006 to 2013 and just only one years payslip ..
do I need all 5 years payslip or last 6 years p60 and 1 years payslip is enough?
