Hello every one I am done with my interview today . Overall it was good experience . Same Qustions they asked me . 2-3 new ones I never read them here like


who filled your application ,
any evidence for market research ,
what have you done at your previous jobs
Who is your accountant can you give there address
What you will do if your business wont do any good ,
will you back to your country.

They were more after business and market research .if I remember any more I will post them here .

Interview 21 May 2013
Got BRP 22 Jul 2013, which expiry 08 Jul 2016.
more than hour and half interview length.
approx 100 questions, many same to other.

- Business plan 50 pages. New advertisement.
- New personal banks statement, fund in the UK.
- Business bank statement with all TTR from Client for 3 contracts
- ....
Some questions that may not shared here by others:
- Your business nature is not what you studies? Ans: yes, but I have work as part time in this field for many years during student time. I also got approved as member from the world society in this filed (show the certificate). Our business activities is a combination of what I studied and what I experienced. Thees contract show you what I have done for my Client, it all indirect related to my major.
- Who will you recruit as post in your business? Ans: the person who experience regardless she/he graduate in this field or not. For me experience more important as the education is just give us the overview...
- From where your fund? Ans: my saving and gift from my parents for several years.
- Will you have to reimburse your parent for this money? Ans: our culture that parent if they give us gift then it for free, forever. However, I hope my business will be success and I can return them in form of gifts too.
- Will you intend to extend your stay as ILR? Ans: Can not say at the moment as it depend on many other factors. If business is good here, then possible. If not, I may look to work in other countries.
- Many people said to me that they will back home if their business is not good. How about you? Ans: I believe that I will have good business here with my passion and aspiration. i will work hard... to achieve the goal.

Arrive UK Nov 2002. In fact 10 years residency last Nov 2012 (When submit the T1E application documents) but having more than 540 days out the UK due to Summer, Easter holidays and some business trip during study (work for some companies). All previous visas granted on time...

All over it was nice experience and went good. But I know you can't predict result out of interview.

The guy told me you have 27 questions plus case worker wanted to ask some other information so that is separate.

did it show in yr statement that money came from somebody else?

Yes this money came from third party. In last refusal I hit reason that bank letter is not apropriacte. So I made arrangement to have in my ac in uk. It was from uk ac to my uk ac.

i do apologize for keep asking u. what i meant, the statement u showed to UKBA, did that statement show that u had money transferred from X person or it had a balance carried forward from previous month £50000. coz thats my situation and im really worried about this. secondly did u transfer money straight to your acc from yr home country or did u transfer to X person and then from X person to yr acc? if yr acc did not show any transfer rather just £50000 opening balance, did the case worker ask for any proof of the transfers?I would appreciate yr answer. thx
