HSMP review and new application at the same time

Hi all,

If my HSMP is currently in review (been previously rejected), is it possible for me to submit a completely new application before a decision is reached in the review?

I ask this because i am concerned that the review will take forever to process and they are going to reject me anyhow.

Please advise me on this.

I would contact the caseworker who is assigned to your review and ask him or her to discontinue the review because you have decided instead to submit a new application with a new payment of GBP 400. If you have two pending applications, they may suspect that you are trying to pull a fast one and reject BOTH out of principle.
