Hi,

Is it your visa which expired or your husband visa?
It was my husband. We wasn't married then. We got married in January and applied in may because my solicitor was a idiot and delayed it
Oh Ok,

So you are british and your husband will join you back in uk. No it should be ok if he has a clean stay in UK. Rather it's good if you you have submitted your relation proof (pics, emails, chat) even before getting married, if you both were known to eachother.....
We had pictures together in UK before we got married and greeting cards and my phone bill. And when he came to Pakistan I had made phone calls to his Pakistan number and went twice to see him so had my tickets to show :)
WOWWWW...then jusy chillax.....dont ned to worry as long as yoy are above finanicalrequirement threshold and he fullfills english requirement.....[/quote]

He did well in his English test and that's the only way we can communicate.
I'm self employed. My solicitor said its above the requirement :-)
It's been 66 working days :( can't wait anymore want to go Pakistan again :(

Then Insha Allah you must be having a positive response in the coming week. Most of the people who applied in that week & week after already received their passports this week.

You case might be randomnly taken for verification checks.
All the best .......
I applied at 19/7/13. How's it is possible that I receive RFC in coming week???i am v.much depressed and worried for my 8 month daughter who is far away from her father due to my visa.
ohh...you just applied on 19/7/2013..that is soooo quick......strange

It starts from the day of submission of application.

And if I am not wrong there have been 93 working days passed since the time of your application :?:

We got this letter in a PDF format as of 17/07.

"5 July 2013, the High Court in the UK handed down its judgment in a Judicial Review of the minimum income threshold for spouses/partners and children applying in the family route.

The Home Office has therefore temporarily paused decision-making on some spouse/partner and child settlement visa and leave to remain applications to enable us to consider the implications of the judgment.

Unfortunately this may result in a delay in consideration of your application. We are hopeful consideration can resume soon but I wanted to bring this to your attention at the earliest possibly opportunity.

I apoloigse for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,
"

My lawyer sent a fitting response the same day saying my earning exceeded the original proposal amount. So, what financial implications have to be considered?

If job verification was done then it does not mean application will be processed within a week or so. It will take normal time 3 months + now a days.

It all happens in a step. Some staff in uk does verifications. Some staff in pakistan does pakistani documents verification and then eco in dubai makes a decision on it.

did u apply using one job or two ?

What documents did u provide related to your job?
( ie payslips.p60.contract.employer letter.)

It seems ukba think u dont meet the requirement hence they put ur case in hold tray. And sent you email informing about it.

You should get in touch with them via email.

For everyone else ..

We were wrong in presuming some cases are done faster then others ie ( wardak case was done in 50 days and another applicants in 43 days )

Wardak"s husband status was not british citizen hence she heard earlier. And the other applicants partner was europeon citizen.

For all of you _ if your partners r british currently its taking 70_ 75 working days. Unless your partners r europeons or not british.

I dont think so.

I have seen using mps in appeals but not while visa application is under process.

The file only gets to eco in an order.. So general guide line would be how people who applied before and during ur time r getting response.

A few days up/down at most

..iA dw u will get visa.. Keep praying

Hello,

The above two cases can be an exeptional, because who ever applies as a spouse of a UK Nataional or with ILR , mainly all the financial requirements and job related documents are from UK. So HO has to verify them.

The best way to verify is to check the applicant visa authorisation place. It will explain all.....
