Reasons of Refusal:

Business services not mentioned in the contract letter.

Could anyone suggest me to provide documents during hearing.

This sounds ridiculous @no conversion in bank letter.

It is job of the caseworker to check from onada for conversion. Clearly he/she does not know about this and not competent enough.

Supply a revised contract containing buisness services supplied to the client. Also get a letter of reference from your client on his letterheaded paper confirming that you provided all the services successfully.

You will easily win the appeal. Be confident.

As a general point, going forward you should ensure that all your contracts detail the services which you will be providing.

The lack of a description would mean that the written contract document may well be found to be void by the Courts in case of a dispute with your clients.
