I am currently on PSW visa and want to switch over to Tier 2 General. I want to know if i can be considered as New Entrant for appropriate salary rate?

thanks for your reply, i am not sure if you will be able to answer this but can advise if it is necessary to submit 6 month salary slips at the time application?
