Dependents ILR success at Croydon today

Post by dk2011 » Wed Aug 07, 2013 6:42 pm

First of all I would like to thank everyone in this forum and a big thank you to moderators. This forum is amazing.
I had got my ILR on 15th July, 2013 on the basis of WP +Tier 2.
Below was my wife’s case.
Nov/2009 To Dec/2010 in UK
Dec/2010 To May/2012 absent from UK (Reason :Maternity)
May/2012 To Present in UK.

I got an initial advice from one of the solicitors and he said she isn’t eligible now.

Amber (D4109125) confirmed that there is no such rule for PBS dependents and Ishwarch had shared his dependents success with similar absences.

I would like to thank Amber and Ishwarch from the bottom of my heart.
Ishwarch have been so helpful . He answered all my queries instantly.

Thank you all and All the best to future applicants!
