EEA4- Proof of employment

Post by Malucolandia » Thu Aug 08, 2013 10:09 am

Hello everyone, I'm a bit confused with the form. On the employment session it says that if the EEA family national has already acquired permanent residence I don't need to fill in place of work, how long my eea national stayed there for, etc. My question is, do I still need to provide proof of employment or just send the document stating the eea national has permanent residence?

Thank you in advance

If the EEA national has secured PR, you will still need to show that she has not left the UK for more than 2 years since she obtained it, and you have been living with her in the UK, not in the same home, over this period.
