Dividend Voucher query

Hello All ,

One query , my Accountant ha prepaired my Dividend Voucher and Payslips .
He has put the stamp of Accountant Company only Payslips and DVididend Voucher
Doubt are
1) Can I stamp and Sign as A director of Limited company on Dvidend Voucher
2)Do i need to stamp and sign only voucher or both voucher and payslips

You will have to sign the Dividend Voucher if you are the Director not sure if the stamp is needed. Personal experience: I only signed the dividend vouchers. The accountant did not sign any vouchers or payslips.

A stamp and sign is not important.
Take original bank statements of both your limited company and personal bank account showing dividend inbound payments from company account. CW will be looking to cross match the same.

One thing from my experience -

Make sure the DATE OF ISSUE on Dividend Vouchers and the date you have received the payment in your bank matches - Exactly.

I made a mistake by putting the dates money was deduced from my business bank account and got the rejection.

So Make sure you do it right bro.

is it same for salary as well bcz on payslips I have date as 30th of every month and its credited on 27th on the month ?

I made a mistake by putting the dates money was deduced from my business bank account and got the rejection.

The date of issue of dividend voucher and date it gets credited in the personal bank acount will never match. There will always a gap of 1or 2 days.
How come your visa got rejected becasue of this ? What was the reason mentioned to you ?
I am applying for T1 Extension and my dividend voucher has a date 2 days before the the actual amount is debited from business bank account, but has the date details on which I received the payment in my personal bank account. Will it create any problem ?
