Urgent!!! OCI Collection, royal mail attempted deliver HCI

Hi,

I posted my passport yesterday for OCI collection, when I tracked my delivery on royal mail, it says they attempted to deliver and have left a while you were out card.

Do you know if HCI would reclaim, or what do I do ????? Please it's urgent as it's my passport which is in the special delivery envelope.

I know, my bad..i should have checked the website for holidatys before posting.

I'm thinking too to arrange for a redelivery, but my concern is if HCI tries to pick up themselves (which i know is unlikely) ..

Just in case if somebody else is in the same situation, it was delivered today to HCI ... so I guess HCI would re-arrange a delivery or maybe there is a tie-up with Royal Mail to automatically redeliver.

If I want to send 3 passports for OCI collection by post, can I send them together ?
Also, can I send 1 Self addressed envelope for returning 3 passports or they expect 3 envelopes ?

Would someone know ?
