Got letter of receiving appeal request

Hi Friends . Yesterday got letter that we have got your appeal request please pay the appeal fee . My lawyer already paid the fee then why i got letter to pay fee . Please can anyone explain is it normal . I didnt talk with my lawyer yet. Any one passed through this situation.

Yes, i had same situation. i Paid by letter. its no a issue. just pay this. i didn't pay fee with appeal submission.

Don't be stressed.This is normal when you have not filled in the required information for payment withdrawal on the appeal form.That's why they have sent you acknowledgement to you appeal with direction to pay the required fee.And your appeal will not be listed until they have received your fee.
