Withdraw Appeal

Hi Guys,

I have made appeal three months ago, paid fee but still haven't got hearing date. I am going to withdraw my appeal.

Can anybody explains me how can i withdraw my appeal? It will great to me if anybody share appeal letter format with me?

One more question, i have made appeal through my solicitor. Is this necessary to withdraw my application through Solicitor or can i do it by myself?

its better to do with ur solicitor, as the corresponding address would be his....
