English Language requirements and UK NARIC SoC

Post by naCC » Tue Aug 13, 2013 11:36 am

Hi I applied for my Wife's Visa a few weeks ago from , every thing was fine but I am concerned about the English Language requirements.

For English Language requirements we sent

1) Original Degree
2) Letter from University stating Degree was taught in English.
3) UK NARIC statement of comparability. (SoC)

Would that be sufficient ?
As some here are mentioning that Spouse Visa can be rejected because of this ?
or would that be advisable/Possible to take the A1 English test and send that as well as extra evidence ?

You should be fine with the evidence you've submitted.

Yes Casa you are right it supposed to be OK,
But I have seen many threads here where peoples were refused for the same reason and they submitted the same evidence?
