Running Company Issues

Hello friends,

Soon i am preparing to apply for Ent. visa(£50k route). I have lots of question in my mind and is looking for all you guys input . Please comment if i will be in trouble due to following situations.

I am running Ltd Company from last 5 months.


1) I resigned from company i worked for 4 years and now i am working for same company as subcontractor billing via Ltd company i have formed. My main customer is my previous company & 75% of income is from that company. I invoice my previous company once a month.

2) I have been drawing money from ltd company every month. Now i dont take salary instead take out money as dividend.

3) I am bringing another partner to apply together for visa. New partner is qualified in same field but has not worked for the industry and do-not have any expertise in the field but holds qualified degree. Instead New partner has been working for odd jobs. Idea is to train him later on.

4) Can i continue to withdraw income from company and new partner continue to work in his previous job after applying visa but before getting visa ?

I think as far as company is genuine and both are able parties, it should not be a problem.

Monies, UKBA wont be interested what is where, monies has to be available in your account, unless you can show genuine investment.

I dont think there is any problem in working in existing jobs before getting ent. visa.
