Employed or Self-Employed

Hello All,

I will be applying for my Tier1 G extension on 3rd of sep 13.

I have a small doubt.... i am an IT contractor ..
I am paying my self 11K as salary and 28K as Dividend ( in total 39K).

So in the application form.. do i belong to self employed or employed..

I do remember that if you are self employed, you will have UTR and it will be sole trader...but in my situation.. i am the sole owner of my company (100%)
