Thanks for your reply. Some points arose from your reply which are as follows:
You have suggested not to apply child home passport until the whole process is completed. How is it benefit to us ? What the reason behind it?
Only to save some £££'s for applying passport and some countries even charge you to surrender passport.
When I got ILR and applied MNI Application what will I write my child nationality in the form without his passport?
Whatever nationality is yours and there is a question where it asks you if you had any other previous passports? you might say no as this would be his first passport.
With respect to my wife application, Will I need to wait for the decision of MNI application before applying for my wife application?
No, you can apply for both simultaneously.
You also suggested using the SET(M) application but you also informed that one of your friend got ILR using the SET(O) instead SET(M).What form I need to use?
Yes, everyday is a learning curve and I learnt this last night. You can do the same to save both time and £££'s
Kind regards
Thanks again for your advice. And one last thing to ask about English Language Assessment for my wife.
My Wife have M.Com Degree from Pakistan(University of the Punjab). In order to meet the requirement Will I need the following document:
Am I right or not?
1-Original Award
2-Transcript
3-Letter from university that the Course was taught and assessed in English
4-Statement of Comparability from UK-NARIC
5-Statement of English Language Assessment from UK-NARIC
Do I need to apply for two statements from UK-NARIC or not?
Further my wife did IELTS Academic with overall score 5.
4 from speaking
5.5 from listening
5 from writing
5 from reading .
But as validity of 2 years that expired.
Please advice me regarding to meet the English Language Requirement for my wife ILR application in 2015 after my ILR under Long residency.
Please also provide me a sample letter that My wife need from the University as the professor asked so that he will issue the same letter on University Letter Head.
I will be very thankful to you.
Kind regards.
