Please help me about fee status of non EU child of Irish Mam????

You are not been specific and there is no information on what issue you are having. However I can advise you that if the Child has been living in Ireland for more than 3 years he/she will qualify for EU rate of fees.

I told you to be very specific because you never stated which country the Child parent is from. COuld you get someone to write the English for you since its hard to comprehend what you write?

Residence. 10 years
University. Trinity or Ucd
Fee. Free? Eu fee?

Although Child is a family member of EU national, to qualify for free fees you must have Stamp 4EUFAM endorsed on your GNIB card.

However, depending on the fee of the course and a long process the child could qualify for most part of the fees.

Note: This is my knowledge of the system dating one year ago.

This stamp is not for family member of Irish citizen afraid.
Only Eu citizens non eu family member entitlef to apply for this stamp. Very very strange rule exist here I guess..

You are correct, but although the child will qualify for EU rate of fees, he/she will qualify for grant to be paid on his/her behalf.

The child should apply for a grant.

SORRY...I MEAN ABOVE ABOUT FEE ELIGIBILITY.
I HAVE CONFIRMED THAT 4EUFAM IS NOT FOR A FAMILY MEMBER OF IRISH CITIZEN. IN MY POOR THINKING SHE SHD ENTITLE FOR FREE FEE. AM I CORRECT???? THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS.

@happylady regardless of the child's parents nationality he/she is entitled to apply for a grant if he/she has been residing in Ireland for more than 3 years. Got it?

Alright this should be my last response. In regards to your question above. Anyone with 4EUFAM card endorsed on their GNIB, Irish parents or not will be eligible to apply for a grant.

However if the child has just Stamp 4 endorsed on his/her GNIB card, he/she could be eligible for a grant despite not being eligible for free fees.

Note: There are other requirments needed for a grant to be successful.

Best of luck on what? Where are you originally from? I mean where were you born?

You really are not listening are you!? All your questions have been answered if you can read properly. I have asked you to get someone who can read proper English to help you with this really as it seems to me you dont.

I dont know what else to say to you except something I've said before.

Your child is not qualified for free fees (Which I have said before).

When someone does not qualify for a free fee that person will have to pay the Tuition fees.

Your child will qualify for EU rate of Fees (Which I have said before).

It is up to you and your child to apply for a grant or not in regards to that (Which I have said before).

If your child does not qualify for applying for a grant. You will have to pay the Tuition Fee.

How is any of these difficult to understand!?
