Indefinite leave to Remain – Dependent

Post by goto_venkat » Thu Aug 15, 2013 3:26 pm

My wife entered into UK as ILR dependent under rules prior to July2012. So she is eligible for ILR after completion of 2 years in UK. My question is how many days she can be outside of UK during this eligibility?

Her absences should be limited and for good reason.

Is there any limit on number of days she can be away?
