Is the bank statement required as a supporting document then?

Not if you supplied passport(s) covering the 10 year period.

Does it mean that I can just supply the passports I've used in last 10 years and as far as they show all entry/exit data, I don't need to provide any other documents ?

Yes, when it comes to proving continuous and valid stay.

Re: SET(LR) Questions

HI
I have two points i need help and clarification.

The first one is in regards supporting documents for SET (LR). I have made all my visa applications on time during the 10 years. However there is one specific year where i can't find the acknowledgement letter from the home office and that's mean i dont have any proof that i have applied before my visa expired as the renewal date on my passport exceed the expiry date.
1. I have a bank statement to show that i have paid the home office prior to the expiry date. Can i use it as evidence that i did apply before the expiry date.
The second point i want
I came in the UK on a tourist visa and two weeks later i applied for my student visa which i recieved on the same day.
Which date will start counting towards the ten years, the day i arrived in the UK on a tourist visa? or the day i applied and received the student visa?
Thanks in advance

Stay on a visit visa can count. They'll have records of when you made applications.
