where to make changes in employer address and name

Hi,

My sponsored employer has changed their name and address, how should they tell ukba about change s, is it through SMS or a form?

if the sponsor's details changed they have to notify the HO through the SMS.

You might want to check that it is just a name change - if they have created a new legal entity then they'll probably need to get a new licence.

Thanks for your reply, i do not think so its a new legal entity, because they are still working under same registration number.

One question , as my company address has changed and so is mine work address has changed. Do my company has to inform separately regarding my work address changes?

However my company has already submitted changes in SMS , for name and address change.
