Hi
I want to know regarding a question 1.31 in form AN if someone is married but his partner is not in UK then we need to fill up that section or not.It says only if your partner is applying with you but on separate application.

Sameer,

Is your partner a British Citizen?
If not just fill the details of your parter from 1.31 to 1.36 inclusive.

If you are separated from your partner then fill your partners details from

1.37 to 1.43

I mentioned that the partner is not a British she is never been in uk and she would get spouse visa from Pakistan. But still I need to write her details.
Is it right?

Sameer,

Just fill up the form with the relevant information. Do not volunteer unnecessary information, that she is going to come here, she is going to bring your mother-in-law with her :lol: (In England Mother-In-laws are very popular).
