ILR - PEO appointment confirmation - Incorrect details

Hello All,

Received today PEO appointment confirmation letter but my name (not spelling mistake, complete name change) and type of application on the letter is wrong. Should I cancel and re-book? Any advise what to do?

PEO appointment with incorrect dependent name

Hello, Booked an appointment but dependent name entered incorrectly as Mr instead of Mrs, is it possible to get this corrected and how?
