please help... refusal due to degree certificate nt attached

Please help me i got refusal today because i didnt attached degree certificate..i have right to appeal..
i considered that they will verify my certificate from my previous PSW application.
Advice needed.. please help

How about sending the degree cert with the appeal? I think that's a good start!

Was the only reason for not including it because you were on a PSW before? i.e. was it missing, did you need it or any other purpose, etc?

when you fill in the application form where you provide information about your degree to claim 10 points it also asks you to tick and claim 10 points having an Eng. degree I have and provide it with the application(list of documents is normally provided if you did that as well it is even better) if you did that but forgot to enclose degree cert. with rest of your documents case worker having information about your degree on application form should have asked you for it finding cert. missing.


if this is the case it is under flexibility law because it could have been asked that case worker did not and refused your application instead.
