EEA1 and EEA2 Submitted Together -- Faster processing?

Post by Carlitos » Fri May 18, 2007 7:54 pm

Just writing to anyone out there who has submitted an EEA1 and EEA2 application together (same envelope by post) to Croydon.

Did this result in faster processing for the EEA2 Residence Card?

In our experience, we submitted our applications at the beginning on Janurary 2007 and recieved our passports back at the end of February 2007.

We sent both EEA1 and EEA2 applications together. Obviously, the Home Office will deal with everyone's applications differently, so time-wise for applications are going to be different for everyone. The most important thing for successful applications is the amout of evidence you give to prove that your relationship is genuine.

Good Luck
