Visitor/family visa info please

I have my visa "visitor/family" for short stay so i could go to Ireland with my husband, can i apply for residence permit or Eu4fam if i enter whit this type of visa.??? Or will i have to leave and apply from Romania?

Once you r here in ireland , u can apply for RC within 3 month , u dont need to go back to romania , Your husband has to excercise his treaty rights( worker, self employes, self sufficient or student)
