Can you please advise on my case.
I came first time in the UK 11 months late (Landed after 11 months of I received my HSMP Visa)
- I have received my HSMP visa for 2 years in 2008-Sept.
I came in the UK 2009-Aug first time - (I came late because of Major medical reason to depended spouse)
I have got Tier 1 Extension in 2010 - Sept
Now in 2013-Sept Tier 1 is going to expire
My Question: Can I apply for ILR basis on 2+3 visa. Or I have to apply for Another Extension in Sept-2013
Since I came in, I have not gone out. I am working for Most largest and famous IT Organisation in the UK.
I wish I can apply ILR this time, which will save 1 year and it has big impact on my work.
