Why was your last visa rejected ? :(
We don't have idea that with 2 jobs we should attach 12 month payslips of both jobs.bot unfortunately we attach only 6 months payslips.but the requirement was upto the mark.its about 23000£ :(
who told you about 12 months payslip for 2 jobs and the 23000£
All things are clearly wrote in my rejection letter.
And u can easily calculate ur annual gross income simply by adding 12 months income as shown on payslips ( it confirm from different websites consultants and also legal advisors)

Hello everybody

I just wanted some advice

I spoke to my solicitor just a while ago
I said to him that I haven't heard anything since we applied for my husbands visa and if there is anything we can do.

He said we could apply for something that you will go to court in 14 days and then they would give you a quick reply and it costs £1000. I really don't have a clue what he said. Has anybody had any experience like this before?

You can't even spell the word "loser" correctly. But you must be very bitter to have personal digs like that.

I have spent many an hour helping others on here, please review the appeals thread and the old timeline thread. But unfortunately because of clowns like you, the genuine questions and answers are hidden in pages and pages of filth which you and your posse blurt out.

Every single day it's the same on here, people saying "have you heard anything yet? have you heard anything? has your status changed? why is my status the same? i'm fed up waiting".

Here is a thread with supporting information that I created a few months ago:

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=106101

Over 25000 views and even if 1% were successful after reading the thread, that would mean I helped 250 people. How many people have you helped out?
Thats all you look for is folks spelling mistakes as if you have never made any, Just you go back your posts to see the amount of people you have upset oh and i'll correct my spelling from earlier LOSER thats what you are

Yeah settlement spouse visa. I don't know how we got so early. I wasn't expecting tbh. Although we didn't want that early too as my wife will be joining me a bit later due to her finishing her degree.
