i HAVE GOT EC ON MAY 20TH 2007. I HAVE NO TRAVEL PLANS TO UK. WILL MY HSMP VISA STAMPED IN PASSPORT BE CANCELED?
I PLAN TO TRAVEL ONLY AFTER 1 YEAR

I too had the same situation so I contacted visqry.newdelhi@ fco.gov.uk
I am enclosing their response. But to be on safe side I entered in UK (on 19th May) before completing 3 months after EC.

Hi,
After getting HSMP Approval (dated <> Nov 2006, Ref - <>) I applied for Entry Clearance in February and got HSMP visa valid from <> Feb 2007 (unitl <> Feb 2009). Initially I was planning to reach to the UK in April but now I would be reaching there in May. Please let me know in case there is any time limit within which I should be reaching there.
