Documents of PBS dependants (T1 General) migrants inside UK

Hi,

I am applying for ILR under T1 General next month but my wife doesn't qualify on same time. What documents are require for PBS dependant application?

Please share a list.

What other document are required other than:

• Passports
  Biometric Residence Permit
  Police registration certificates
  Passport Photographs

Maintenance letter from bank?
List of cohabitation document?

Hi,
I am in a similar situation. I need to apply PBS Dependent visa extension for my wife. I'm going to get ILR this month end if everything goes well. Actually she works for a company. Does she need to provide payslips along with other documents? There is no mention of co-habitation documents in the application form, how is it required? If required for how many months before the application date? Please advise.

1. Application form, duly filled and signed.
2. Application fee.
3. Photograph(s).
4. Copy of personal details pages of main Tier 1 migrant passport.
5. Copy of current leave to enter / remain (vignette or BRP) of main Tier 1 migrant.
6. Evidence of maintenance funds as specified in the policy guidance.
7. Marriage Certificate
8. Birth Certificate
9. Some Address proof.. should be OK
