Documents confirming that you have spent 5 years in the UK..

Post by ILRGeneral » Sat Aug 24, 2013 10:06 pm

Hi,

Have two concerns regarding the documentation that I have to provide. Not sure if my application will be successful.

(1) For almost 8 months, split across multiple years, I do not have any bills as I lived in sharing and did not bother much about the documents.

Also, not all the payslips are available for that duration to use instead.

(2) I was on WP, Tier 2 ICT before moving onto current company on Tier 2 General.

For one week during the move to current company I was on payroll in both the companies due to some issues; with Previous company payroll from India and current company payroll from UK.
How big is this problem for ILR application?

Regards
ILR Aspirant
