one wrong character should not make much difference ... like paschim vihar or pachim vihar ... as long as both sounds same... but shuld not be totaly different ....
but again IF ITS POSSIBLE TO GET IT CHANGED do that.... else your wish ..
Cheers!!!

Thanks again
But you know already I had to argue a lot to get this itself..
In first place I wanted a covering letter stating that the salary transactions appearing in the statement is from my company( the decriptive string of xsaction appearing int he bank statement is not comeplte)... But it seems they could not provide this..Then after exaplaining for sometime what my purpose was and how I wanted to establish the transaction route, they said I can get payment advice for the transactions I wanted. So I said yes, but then got to know that it will 12(!!) individual advices.. Which I thought was not so advisable as I read somewhere in the guidance that the bank statement has to be one or somethign like that. So I then requested for letter just stating that I hold a salary account there. But then it seems that their standard format for bank account letter was having only option or Savings or something like that... I had to argue for complete 15 mins to make them understand what my purpose was and how I had to establish that I held salary account and the transaction validity.
So you see after all this ultimately they called me back after 1 hr to collect the letter in the format that I requested. And now after all this I dont want to go back and start all over again!!!

Hi everyone
i got my decision letter on saturday ...unfortunately it was a refusal ....
age - points claimed and awarded -10
education - claimed and awarded - 30
previous income - claimed 40 , awarded 25
they gave me lesser points than claimed in income category as they felt employer letters did not have detailed breakup and also 2 months bank statements were missing ...so they gave me points for the months for which i had submitted certified wage slips and bank statememts ...
i am planning to reapply in july as i am in uk the whole of june on a business visit and cannot apply then ....

I have question regarding how the approval will be conveyed.. As I understood from the posts here, the letter with approval or rejection is sent back with al the original documents.... Is this the only way? Or is there some other way to know as well??

Hello All!
I just found out this site and the amount of information it contains is amazing! Maybe there is a post somewhere that addresses my question, but as I will be filing on May 31, I thought this would be an appropriate place to post my question:
I am a Bulgarian citizen applying from the US under the HSMP (MBA Provision). I am using the BR2 form but have doubts if this is indeed the right form to use, as there is a section asking for date of latest entry in the UK...
Also not sure how long it currently takes to process out-of-country applications under the MBA Provision, so any info on that would be highly appreciated.
Thoughts and comments, anyone?
Thanks a lot in advance, I will definitely share my experience in turn when I go through the process myself...
H.
