Please,can i work while im in the process of appealing regarding my EEA2 spouse residence card that was refused.

If your leave is extended through the provisions of section 3d of immigration act then you are allowed to work whilst waiting for the outcome of the appeal.

Please i don't quite understand what you mean by "leave extended through provisions of section 3d of immigration" all i know is i apply for eea2 and my application was refused after seven months of application and i was given an option to appeal against the decision...!
