Can someone, anyone shed any light on this? Is this the famous court case that many of our lives depend on???

I'm so sick and tired of all this it's not funny.

As far as I know, the court case is scheduled for June 15 or 16th.I don't know if this European Court delegation to the Irish Court did anything except smooze and hit the pubs with the local paddies...but if you want to try your luck,I'd recommend contacting the guy mentioned at the bottom of the article

''For further information, please contact Christopher Fretwell
Tel: (00352) 4303 3355 Fax: (00352) 4303 2731''

or contact the European Commission's representation in Ireland at 18 Dawson Street in Dublin, email at eu-ie-info-request@ec.europa.eu, call on 01-634 1111 or fax on 01-634 1112.

Let's get these European Members of Parliament involved as well, and give these guys something useful to do!
