Am I able to switch from PSW to T1 Ent - buying shares?

Post by natesh87 » Sun Aug 18, 2013 10:52 pm

Hi

I am currently on PSW, want to switch into T1 Ent- 50k route

I have been working with a small company for 2 years and the company was set up back in 2008. Currently there is only one Director who also own 100% of shares. The Director is currently looking for a partner who would buy shares of company and invest in business.

Now my question is it possible to buy some shares of company/ invest in company for 50k and apply for the T1 Ent Visa?

Hi.

Is it Public Limited Company you are buying shares. Answer : NO
> Then how can you buy share for this Expensive price.
Regardless its NVQ level 4 or Above. This Option is a Total Disastor.

Secondly who Decides the 2 Year old Private Company Share's Worth. May be whole Company's Original worth is less than £15k, Director alone cannot tell you its share price.
An Independent Auditor can mark its share price. Which is Unlikey for less than 2 year old newly registered company.

You are attracting Just problems. Already UKBA is trying its best to refuse people.
(If you use this Option then it would mean that you want to go to Glasgow but you are driving Opposite)

My Qualification & Business Experience is Enough to give you the best Answer.

May Allah Bless All with its Peace and Happiness.

Hi, you are allowed to invest in any UK business as long as the service rendered by such business is at or above NQF level 4.

You have the option of putting the money in your personal account and then submitting your application as a self-employed person then invest in the company after getting your visa to avoid complex documentations required by Home office.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

My advice will be from the investment point of you.

Investing in shares whether in private or public, is a valid investment and HO also recognised that. Buying of £50,000 worth of shares will be a valid investment from HO point of view provided your job in the business is over NVQ 4.

If you are thinking about the purchase of shares then I suggest you must ask for the specialised audit accounts not the normal audited.

The share valuation is the important part.

Hope this helps.
