10 years long residence applications

Indeed they did, they took 10 months to get my biometric enrolment invite to me!.

My time line again is;

My details are;
I was shy of 2 days from 10 years (including 28 days period), i had to apply for another visa two cover these two days

My time line is
First Application for Entrepreneur sent : 30/08/2012
Application varied to ILR: 16/10/2012
Biometric done: 14/06/2013
Biometric Card Received: 28/08/2013 (dated 23/08/2013)
Passports+docs: Waiting

The reason to share this information is give hope to all those waiting for more than 8 months
Mine took 2 days shy of a whole year.

And now i Feel fresh

You should be ok as you reapplied within 28 days of the decision of invalidity of an in time application. Moreover, the application cannot be deemed invalid for payment details it must be shown that the application itself was invalid.

Did you do Biometrics for Entrepreneur visa as well? Or you done biom just for you ILR? OR for both separately?

Hi Khan

If your SAR is clear near to me shouldn't be any problem. Hope for best, You have valid leave, which positive sign too. In my case waiting from Oct 2012, my Tier 1 general leave expired back in March 2013, I can only pray and hope for best.

I applied tier 1 entrepreneur 07/11/2012 and varied application to ILR on 19/04/2013 got biometric invitation 09/05/13 and don on 16/05/2013 still waiting for HO response asked HO 28/06/13 which application you want to take forward replied 03/07/2013 still waiting for decision send my all passport and other documents with first application paid full new fee could you please share how did you do your application

Could you plz tell me what sort of document you submitted for your FLR (O) application? And have you submitted your original passport as well, I was thinking not to submit my original passport and ICFN as these are the only documents which can delay my varied Set (LR) application, unless without them my FLR (O) application will be invalid. Plus
do you mind to mention the grounds of your FLR (O) application like on what basis did you apply FLR (O) application?

Private life in the UK
Other purposes / reasons not covered by other application forms

Or any other category that might helpful for my application too? At the moment I am on PSW visa.

Dear mianswat thanks for showing me the light at the end of tunnel after reading your time line I am preparing my self for long and souring wait every passing day is hard and painful but there is no other way out just praying for to not have any emergency travel need(insha allaha) Regards Asjid

I think you should not worry to much HO takes nearly one moth some time to post papers you will get them shortly you can call home office enquiry number and ask them they were posted or not

Hi

I submitted the following documents with the FLRO application form:

Current and previous passports (all originals)
Last 3 months bank statements
ICFN
Last 3 months payslips

I guess you have to submit your original passports as the HO won't accept photocopies. The application was based on private life and compassionate grounds.
