ILR dependent Visa query

Post by sss123sss » Fri Aug 30, 2013 10:34 pm

Last week, I had received ILR under Tier 2 category. Now I have to apply ILR for my dependent.

Could anyone let me know what form I have to use for applying ILR for dependent?

SET(M) would be for cases where your spouse/partner was given a spouse visa or flr(m) as opposed to being a PBS dependent which I assume she is and has been for a 2 year period?

Yes, my wife is staying in the UK since 3 years on Tier 2 Dependent.

DO I have to use SET(O) or FLR(M) form?

Does my spouse has to sign?

Please could you clarify on this?

During appointment booking, my spouse has already paid full amount. Does she need to fill payment details (Page 4)?
